Ajith’s 50th film ‘Mankatha’ is no short of surprises right from the day it was launched. From the teaser promo to Thala biriyani, ‘Mankatha’ is making the right noise at the right time.

The latest additions to the enviable star cast will be Action King Arjun and Smiling Assassin Sneha. Arjun is said to play the role which was initially reserved for Nagarjuna.

The entire unit of ‘Mankatha’ is now in Bangkok to complete the opening song ‘Vilayadu Mankatha’. Of them Ajith may take a short break and return to India to attend the marriage of producer Dhayanidhi Alagiri in Madurai on November 18.

PLANS FOR AJITH’S BILLA – 2

The shooting of Billa – 2, which is to be based on director Vishnuvardhan’s script, is to commence next year. In the meantime, the director is busy on designing the promo posters for this film.

Though Ajith is busy with Mankatha at the moment, he is sparing time to ensure that Billa – 2 is more chic than the first part. The star is making all efforts to ensure that he has the right outfits that will surpass the ones in the first part, sources say.

Billa – 2 will be produced by Suresh Balaji and George Pious of Wide Angle Creations. The female lead has not yet been finalized.
